Zergo is a Thailand-based regulatory specialist firm. We manage NBTC certification for overseas manufacturers and importers bringing telecommunications and RF equipment into the Thai market.
What We Do
We handle the full NBTC approval process — from documentation review and application preparation through submission, authority communication, and delivery of approval documents. Every engagement is managed end-to-end by our team, so manufacturers and importers have a single accountable point of contact throughout.
Our work covers all three NBTC certification paths: SDoC (Supplier's Declaration of Conformity), Class A Registration, and Class B Certification. For each path, we prepare the correct documentation package, submit through the appropriate local representative structure, and communicate directly with NBTC on your behalf.

Operating in Thailand's Regulatory Environment
The NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission) is Thailand's authority for telecommunications and RF equipment regulation. Any device that transmits or receives radio frequency signals must obtain NBTC approval before it can legally be imported or sold in Thailand.
Thailand's regulatory framework distinguishes between three certification paths, each with different documentation requirements, processing timelines, and compliance obligations. Applying to the wrong path, or submitting incomplete documentation, delays approval and can require the process to restart. Zergo's role is to ensure that does not happen.
